Outstanding service from James & the team.
Very helpful & friendly
Had a minor problem with the battery which was sorted with no quibble.
As to not make the journey back over to Shipley James refunded the costs to have the work done locally.
Would highly recommend James & the team for your used car.

It’s a while since I bought a car off James, probably six months. I don’t like to review early on until I’ve thoroughly tested the car. I was not disappointed. It is probably the best car that I have owned and at the age of 65 I’ve had quite a few in my life. Couldn’t fault the service that James offered.

Fantastic service and superb car. Two highly experienced car dealers in James and Neil. I purchased a Hyundai Tucson 6 years old the level of the valeting service was second to none it was almost impossible to distinguish between this 6 year old Tucson and a new car totally amazed and the car runs like new.

Bought my crafter from LCC and it was a great experience. Crafters are in high demand at the moment so finding a good one for the right price is hard. I enquired about a 1 series BMW and was able to view the vehicle very promptly at a time that suited us.
James was extremely welcoming, and gave us the keys to take the car for a test drive; it was as simple as that.
A small deposit was put down on the car, and we returned the next week to collect the car.
There were a couple of unforeseeable issues that arose with the vehicle, but the AA warranty that came with the purchase covered the work that needed doing. James was extremely helpful when the AA were troublesome, and made sure that they fulfilled the service they advertise.
Thanks for the the car and aftercare James; I plan to keep this vehicle long into the future!
